Refund policy

As our range is handmade to order, change of mind returns/refunds are not accepted. This does not include items that are faulty and/or damaged during transit. 

If you wish to cancel your order, you will be refunded the total amount minus a 20% processing and restocking fee. If your order has already been processed and shipped, no cancellations will be accepted. 

Due to health and safety reasons, hair accessories cannot be returned. Please choose your items carefully. If your order does arrive faulty however, please email us within two days of receiving your item with a photo of the fault, and we will issue a refund or send you a replacement.
